Thank you for shopping at Your DigiBuddy. We create and sell high-quality digital products designed to provide instant value. Since these are digital downloads, our refund policy is simple and transparent.

❌ No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases made on yourdigibuddy.store are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital product (like an eBook or downloadable file) is delivered to your email or made available for download, we cannot issue a refund — because you already have full access to the product and we cannot take it back.

We strongly encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any doubts, feel free to email us before buying.

✅ Exceptions (If Any)

We may offer a refund only in the following rare cases:

  • You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment)

  • You did not receive the product and we failed to deliver it after verifying your payment

  • The product file is corrupted and we’re unable to fix or replace it within 48 hours

In these cases, email us at support@yourdigibuddy.store with your order ID and a clear explanation. We respond within 24–48 hours.

⚠️ Note:

We do not offer refunds for:

  • “I didn’t like the content”

  • “I thought it was something else”

  • “I changed my mind after purchasing”

  • “I downloaded the file but don’t want it anymore”

We’re here to help, but digital products are not eligible for refunds like physical goods.
